This directory stores request-scoped analysis artifacts produced during the TocoAI workflow.
Files under this directory are temporary working materials for a specific requirement or task. They are used to preserve reviewed business understanding, system analysis results, planning context, implementation summaries, and possible business knowledge update suggestions.
This directory is not the long-term business knowledge base. Stable business facts should be promoted to `.toco/business/` only after the requirement has been reviewed, implemented, and verified.
